The Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW), Varanashi under the Indian Railways has invited applications for the post of apprentice at its officialwebsite, dlw.indianrailways.gov.in.
The application process is on and the last date to apply is November 21.
A total of 374 posts are to be filled through this recruitment process. Of the total, 300 posts are to be filled by ITI and 74 by non-ITI certificate holders.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic performance. ln case of two candidates having the same marks, the older age candidate shall be considered first. ln case of the dates of birth are also the same, then the candidate who passed matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first, as per rules.
Indian Railways DLW recruitment 2019: Eligibility
Education: Candidates need to have passed class 10 or equivalent with 50 per cent marks.
Age: The upper age limit for non-ITI posts is 22 years and for ITI jobs is 24 years. Applicants should be at least 15 years of age to be eligible to apply for these jobs.

- Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100 as application fee. Females, physically handicapped, SC and ST category candidates are exempted from paying any fee.
